What we keep when you ask for access
tangram-ai.com has one form. This page says what it collects, what we do with it, who handles it, and how to have it erased. Last updated 3 October 2026.
Who is responsible
- Controller
- tangram
- Contact
- contact@tangram-ai.com
What the form collects
- Your name and email address (required).
- Your company and role (optional), and a description of your project (optional).
- The language of the page, so we can reply in it.
Nothing else is collected through the form. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
Why, and on what basis
To answer your access request and, if we invite you, to send you an access code. The basis is your request itself: you ask, we reply (GDPR art. 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before access is granted). We do not use the data for anything else, and we do not sell or share it.
Who handles it
The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which receives your submission and forwards it by email to our contact mailbox. It acts on our behalf as a processor; its own terms are in its privacy policy. Your submission therefore passes through its servers, which may be outside the European Economic Area. Our mailbox provider also stores the email we receive.
How long we keep it
For as long as it takes to handle your request, and no longer than 24 months after our last exchange with you. If we never reply to a request, we delete it within that same period.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, have it erased, or object to its use. Write to contact@tangram-ai.com and we answer within one month. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
